Novia University of Applied Sciences administers the construction, land survey, power and vehicle laboratories.

The University of Vaasa is responsible for the information technology laboratory that concemtrates on research and education in the fields of software development, multimedia and simulation.

The Vaasa Polytechnic is in charge of the main part of the laboratory space at the Technobotnia Research Centre, containing laboratories for Mechanical and Production Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Enviromental Engineering, occupying altogether 4300 sq m.
